I rarely measure anything when I'm making raw food recipes. I usually just add ingredients to taste. But, here are some estimated amounts to use as a guideline. You may find that you'll need more or less of some ingredients. Play around and have fun with it. It's almost impossible to mess up this recipe. Just try not to make it too liquidy as you'll want a thick pudding-like consistency.
All measurements are approximate and all ingredients are raw and organic.

Note: If you cover the pudding in plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight, you will end up with more ice cream-like consistency. It's delicious that way too!
